To help stop the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) we will be implementing some new protocols.

On the day before your lesson is due to start we will message you to ask if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has had symptoms or tested positive to COVID-19. If you have any of the following symptoms no matter how mild (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose or loss of sense of smell) please let us know as soon as possible. Please message back to indicate you are either ok to proceed with the lesson or not ok.

On the day of your lesson, if you become unwell please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your lesson. Please use the Australian government’s CVOID-19 symptom checker or call the DHHS Coronavirus Hotline: 1800 675 398

When you come to the car to commence your lesson, we will have a wellness check to make sure you are ok to proceed with the lesson. We will ask you if you have been unwell or been in contact with someone who was diagnosed with COVID-19. Then we will be taking your temperature with a contactless thermometer. If your temperature is 38 Deg C or above we won’t be able to conduct your lesson. If it's between 37.5 Deg C and 37.9 Deg C we will continue with the lesson but will retest after 5-10 minutes. If you fail the wellness check we won’t be able to proceed from there and need to reschedule.

Then you will be offered hand sanitiser to clean your hands.

We will also be wearing a surgical face mask in the car and will offer one to you (if you don't have your own mask). Masks must be worn during the lesson.

We prefer that payment for lessons are made with (card, google pay, apple pay) on the day or paid online beforehand.

If we arrive and find that you have a temperature of 38 Deg C or more and no other symptoms we won’t be charging you for that lesson. If we arrive to find that you have symptoms such as (cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose or loss of sense of smell) we will be charging a no show fee. Please let us know beforehand if you have any of these symptoms.

If we develop any COVID-19 symptoms, we may also have to cancel your lesson at short notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we will reschedule your lesson or refund you.

These measures have been taken on the advice of Safe Work Australia, Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria and Australian Government Department of Health.
